2 Account Registration

3 Age and Eligibility
299 bat services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. 21+ This age limit is absolute. Any person under this age is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the service.
At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that there is no legal restriction on using this type of platform in your area of residence. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and all funds will be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals
Specific rules apply to financial transactions on 299 bat. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Attempts to deposit through any method outside those specified will be rejected.
Deposited funds must come directly from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and such transactions may be returned.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, but may take longer if verification is required.
Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your account is fully verified and that the wagering requirements for any active bonus have been met. 299 bat reserves the right to hold withdrawals until account verification is complete.
4.3 Transaction Cancellation
A pending withdrawal request may be cancelled within a specified time. However, once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed. For any erroneous transactions or technical issues, contact the support team immediately.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
299 bat bonus offers are subject to specific conditions. It is mandatory to read the terms of each offer carefully before claiming a bonus.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳3,000; the wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Different games may contribute at different rates toward wagering calculations.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Attempting to misuse bonus benefits, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to manipulate the bonus system in any other way will result in the bonus being cancelled and the associated account may be suspended. 299 bat reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
Certain fundamental rules apply to placing bets on 299 bat that all members must follow.
6.1 Finality of Bets
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless the platform cancels the order due to a technical error on its part. The outcome of all sports betting events will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant authority.
6.2 Odds Changes
Displayed odds may change at any time. The odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are considered final. In live betting, odds differences may occur due to internet connection delays.
6.3 Casino Game Rules
Each casino game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game. It is the member's own responsibility to read those rules before playing. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 299 bat will review the relevant records and resolve the issue.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 299 bat and may result in account closure:

- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems or crack the system.

10 Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 At 299 bat's Initiative
In cases of terms violations, suspicious activity, or security concerns, 299 bat may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice. The valid balance of a permanently closed account will be returned through the designated process, excluding any bonuses or disputed amounts.
10.2 At the Member's Own Initiative
You may close your account at any time. Before closing the account, ensure that all active bets have been settled and any withdrawable balance has been withdrawn. A self-exclusion request can also be made as part of responsible gaming.
10.3 Inactive Accounts
An account with no transactions over an extended period may be marked as "inactive". Our support team is always available to provide more details on this matter.
11 Dispute Resolution
